AVENU opened in January 2024 in 850 square feet of retail space in Sacramento's Ice Blocks district. It was built by two real estate agents who wanted a brokerage that operated the way they thought one should.
It runs the same way today. The owners, Gary Bradley and Austin Maynard, lead the training, coach the team, and answer when you call. There are no layers between leadership and the team. Everything that goes out, from the office to the mailers to the events, is decided in the same room.

That structure gives our agents enterprise-grade resources without the trade-off of feeling like a number.
