Daily Training
Five disciplines, in person. Training every weekday at the Ice Blocks office. Live in the room or remotely, with every session archived so agents can return to any lesson.
MONTHLY
Full team gatherings
A monthly check-in for the full team. Recognition for top performers, business and market updates, lending and transaction insights, and direct time for agents to share what they need.
QUARTERLY
Culture events
Four times a year, AVENU hosts an event. Top Golf, wine tasting, the Annual Appreciation Event for clients and friends of AVENU, and a year-end dinner. Planned far in advance, attended as a team.
